You will need

  • - 200 g of chicken (or chicken breast);

  • - 250 g of fresh champignons;

  • - 1 medium onion;

  • - 100-150 g of hard cheese;

  • - salt, pepper to taste;

  • - 1 tsp flour;

  • - 2-3 tbsp. l sour cream;

  • - 6-7 pcs. round buns.

Instruction manual

1

Chicken breast must first be cut into fillets. Remove the bone from the meat and cut it into small cubes. Chop onions finely chop in half rings. If you have a large onion, then chop in quarters.

2

Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin plastic. Grate the cheese. Carefully cut off the cap on each bun. Use a fork to remove the crumb.

3

Onion should be a little sautéed in hot oil. Once it has turned golden, add champignon plastics to it and cook until all the moisture has evaporated.

4

In a separate pan, fry the salted and pepper chicken. Put the prepared meat in a pan to mushrooms and onions. Add flour and sour cream, and then mix everything.

5

Cook the mixture over low heat until thickened. It takes a few minutes. Fill empty buns with thickened mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.

6

Send the julienne to be baked in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Julienne is cooked quickly, as soon as the cheese has melted, you can get it out of the oven and serve.
