Instruction manual
1
Mix the eggs with sugar and put in a water bath. Then we cool the resulting mixture to room temperature, add flour to it and mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
2
Add crushed walnuts to the dough and mix everything again for 2-4 minutes.
3
We put the finished dough into a greased form and send it to the oven preheated to 200-220 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
4
While the dough is baking, cook the meringues. Beat the whites in a tight foam, add granulated sugar there and mix.
5
Combine the starch with powdered sugar and slowly add to the protein mixture and thoroughly beat again.
6
The whipped mass is heated and cooled twice.
7
Then, on the finished biscuit with a spoon, apply our meringue and distribute it over the entire surface of the product.
8
We send the finished dessert to a cool place for 30-40 minutes.
