You will need
500 grams of king prawns, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil, 4 teaspoons of liquid honey, 4 cloves of garlic, herbs, salt.

Finely chop the garlic and mix with lemon juice. Heat olive oil or sunflower oil in a pan.

Pour lemon juice into the pan, stir and simmer over low heat. After 30-40 seconds, add honey, salt and heat for another 1 minute.

Defrost the shrimp and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Increase the heat and quickly fry the shrimp in the resulting lemon-honey-garlic sauce.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the shrimp and put on a plate to cool. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
