To make sushi, buy rice "Japanese" from the "Mistral". Rinse the rice thoroughly until transparent, fill with water, boil for 15 minutes. You can cook rice in a slow cooker in the "Loose Rice" mode.

You can take ready pickled mussels. If you have peeled frozen, dip them in boiling salted water, wait until the foam appears on top, and then count 5 minutes. Throw the prepared mussels into a colander, let them cool.

Prepare a dressing for rice: mix heated vinegar with sugar and salt, add to rice and mix with light movements with a wooden spatula. Dampen your hands in water and make from rice 10 balls of the same size with a diameter of about 2.5 cm. Each of them in the lower part slightly flatten.

Cut the parsley very finely, leaving the leaves for decoration, roll each nigiri ball with the bottom in chopped parsley. Top the balls with wasabi, put a leaf of parsley and one mussel.

Nigiri sushi with mussels and parsley ready. According to this recipe, you can cook nigiri with other seafood or any fish. No originality is required at the expense of serving originality: serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
