Prepare chicken or turkey breast fillet, peeling it of skin, films and seeds. Chop the fillet with a knife, half very finely, the other larger. Knead the minced meat with a tablespoon until smooth. The consistency of the forcemeat turns liquidy, but when frying, due to the addition of starch, the ingredients "bind" to each other.

A little vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons, heat in a pan. Fry cutlets on both sides, spreading with a spoon, like pancakes.

Most diet cutlets are obtained from chicken breast fillet, but you can cook this dish from chicken legs.
Useful advice
To reduce the total calorie content of the dish, take mayonnaise with a low fat content, lightly frying the cutlets in a pan, bring to readiness in the oven.
