  • - onions - 4 large pieces;

  • - sunflower oil - 2 tbsp;
  • For the sauce:

  • - flour 1 tsp;

  • - mustard 1 tsp;

  • - salt ½ tsp;

  • - sour cream 200 g

According to this recipe, beef is surprisingly tender, it melts in the mouth. Any, even the most lean beef will become soft and tasty.
