Rinse the prunes, remove the seeds from it. Cook the prunes a little in apple wine or juice, then send raisins to it, you can season with cinnamon.

Make yeast dough. To do this, stir the yeast in warm cream, add the sifted flour, knead the dough from these components.

Beat softened margarine with one egg, add a little sugar and salt, whisk - a stable foam should form. Next, mix yeast dough into this mixture.

Separate one third from the finished dough, put the rest in a mold (take a detachable one), oiled with oil.

Drain all the liquid from the prunes, put the prunes on top of the dough.

Bake a German cake with prunes for 40-50 minutes at a moderate temperature (180-190 degrees). Sprinkle the finished baking with powdered sugar.
