Pour milk slowly into the prepared mixture, while constantly stirring the sauce. Cook over medium heat until thick sour cream. Pepper the prepared sauce and salt (to taste).

Main dish: take a baking dish (ceramic, glass or silicone) put a layer of tomatoes, previously cut into slices. Drizzle lightly over the sauce.
