This healthy milkshake can be prepared from a mixture of different currants, using red, white and black currants in equal proportions. But it is best to use a variety of blackcurrant, it goes well with milk.

Carefully sort ripe blackcurrant berries, remove twigs and leaves, if any. Take a wide fine sieve, pour currant berries into it and rinse them with a cold shower. Pure berries should dry out a bit. If the berries have hard, hard tails, cut them with small nail scissors.

Rinse fresh mint leaves under cold water and hang them down in a cool, shaded place. Leaves should dry, not knead. Try not to mint tender mint, it will be needed for decoration.

Pour sugar into a small saucepan, add vanillin and some water. Put on the stove and bring to a boil. Once the water begins to boil, add the berries of currant and cook, stirring, ten minutes.
