  • - 30 g leek

  • - 70 g miso paste

  • - 4 feathers of green onions

Preheat the fish stock. You can cook it yourself from several varieties of fish, such as mackerel and cod. Cut the mushrooms into small slices, and rinse the leek with water and cut into thin slices. Add everything to the boiling broth. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Rinse laminaria with water and cut into medium-sized pieces. Add to the soup and cook it for another 5 minutes.

Dice the tofu cheese into 1 cm by 1 cm cubes. Put the shrimp and tofu in the soup and cook for 2 minutes. At the very end of the cooking, add miso paste. If you put it at the beginning of cooking, then it will lose part of its taste and useful properties.

Pour the soup into the bowls so that all the ingredients get there. Rinse the stalks of green onions with water and cut into strips. Sprinkle soup on them. If you like it sharper, you can add a little chili or black pepper. Cooking such a soup is better at one time.

Pleasant is the fact that in 100 g of such a soup only about 130 kcal. Therefore, it is perfect for lunch, losing weight.

If you want to make the soup more nutritious, you can add a little rice noodles to it.
