You will need
- For four servings:
- - 500 g of salmon;
- - 1 orange;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of Dijon mustard;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sesame seeds;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of orange jam;

Take one large ripe orange, squeeze the juice from it.

Mix orange juice with mustard, soy sauce, coriander. Add orange jam.

Cut salmon fillet into portioned pieces, put them in a baking dish. Pour orange marinade, leave for 30 minutes - during this time the fish will be marinated, as it should.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Sprinkle fish with sesame seeds, put in the oven for 15-20 minutes - it cooks very quickly.

Lay salmon with orange jam on plates, serve hot.

The dish is prepared in 30-40 minutes.
Useful advice
Boiled rice is well suited as a side dish for fish.
Pineapple salsa can also be served with such salmon. It’s easy to cook: mix chopped red onions with canned pineapple. Add a few basil leaves, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, juice from 1 lime. Pepper, salt. It turns out a very tasty original combination.
