Prepare a deep, comfortable bowl. Pour semolina and oatmeal into it. Pour a little kefir into the bowl, mix with the products and leave for a while to swell.

Beat the egg with a mixer in dense foam. Combine the remaining kefir with an egg, vanilla and slices of chopped dried apricots. Mix the swollen flakes and semolina with the egg composition to get a homogeneous mass.
