- - 1 onion;
- - 2 liters of water;
- - 1 tsp butter;
- - 3 potatoes;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 300 g of broccoli;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 2 feathers of green onions;

Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut zucchini, onions and carrots into half rings, potatoes into cubes. Crush the garlic.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the butter. Fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook another 2 minutes.

Pour water into the pan, put potatoes, zucchini and carrots in it. Bring the soup to a boil. Boil it over low heat until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Add broccoli, cook for 3 minutes. Then put chopped greens and remove the pan from the heat.

Cooking this soup will take you no more than 30 minutes, in each serving 135 Kcal.
Useful advice
A spoonful of butter will not hurt you, but it will add a little fat. However, it can be replaced with olive or sunflower oil.
