Take 200 grams of chicken, rinse, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. While the chicken is fried, wash and peel 1 onion, chop it and add to the pan.
Next, rub 1-2 peeled carrots on a coarse grater, wash 1 red bell pepper, cut, remove the seeds. Cut it into slices and add to the chicken with carrots. Send 2-3 chopped tomatoes there.
Now take a glass of durum wheat pasta with a glass and add to chicken and vegetables. Shuffle. Pour boiling water - so that the water covers the products "with the head." Salt, pepper to taste.
Stew for 10 minutes over medium heat, then switch the stove to slow. Close the pan with a lid. Let the chicken and vegetable mixture stew for another 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally, you can add water if necessary. Add greens to the finished dish: dill, parsley, cilantro.
You can replace the pasta with rice. Then we get the original pilaf.
