  • - A handful of fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary, thyme);

Soak the bread in warm water. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Peel the garlic and onions. Finely chop and simmer in a frying pan until transparent, along with bay leaf and vegetable oil.

Remove bay leaf and add garlic and onion to minced meat. Squeeze out the soaked bun and crumble in minced meat. Add finely chopped greens, mustard, egg, pepper and salt. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients with minced meat.

Form small balls with wet hands, press them on both sides. Warm 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan.

Next, fry the minced meat patties until golden. Fry them no longer than 10 minutes. Serve the dish to the table with, for example, rice. Optionally, you can decorate cutlets with rosemary.
