Puff pastry dish - a rich history pie. He was served on the royal table for special occasions. A special highlight of this pie is that it consists of several layers.

You will need

First of all, you need to bake pancakes. Then boil the chicken with the addition of black pepper and bay leaf. Disassemble the finished meat into small pieces by hand and mix with pre-chopped herbs. Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and mix with boiled rice and herbs. Cut the salted breasts. Roll out one layer of dough.

Place a pancake on the dough sheet and evenly distribute the rice and egg filling.

Lay out another pancake and put a layer of mushrooms on it.

Put the next pancake and evenly chicken filling. Each layer must be covered with pancake.

Roll out a large circle from the remaining dough and cover it with the entire pie in such a way as to cover all layers of the pie. Gently pinch the edges at the base. Make a small hole for steam to escape. Decorate the cake with small figures made of dough. Put the cake in a preheated oven and bake for an hour.

20 minutes before being ready to get the cake and grease with a mixture of cream and yolk. Remove the finished cake, cover with a towel and insist for 20 minutes. The cooled cake can be served on the table.
