This is not an ordinary recipe for strawberry muffins. The dough is made not only from flour, milk, butter and eggs - in delicious muffins, healthy oatmeal “hides”. Due to this, a treat for tea becomes many times more nutritious.

- For twelve servings:
- - 1 1/4 cup flour;
- - 1 glass of milk, fresh strawberries, oatmeal;
- - 1/2 cup butter;
- - 1/2 cup sugar;
- - 1 egg;
- - baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.

Set the oven to 200 degrees. Take 12 molds for cupcakes, coat them with oil or insert special corrugated molds in them - this will even turn out prettier.

Sift flour into a deep bowl with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add oatmeal with sugar. Separately, mix milk with softened butter, beat the egg and add the vanilla extract.

Now begin to gradually add the flour mass to the egg-cream mixture, stirring until smooth.

Rinse the strawberries, remove the green ponytails, chop finely, mix with the dough. Next, put the finished dough in the molds, fill them in only 2/3 of the volume - when cooking the dough rises well.

Bake muffins with strawberries at the indicated temperature for 15-20 minutes, checking readiness with a toothpick. Cool the prepared cupcakes on the wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve pastries with tea or milk. When cooled, the muffins are no less tasty.
