You will need

  • - 500 g of potatoes;

  • - 500 ml of kefir;

  • - 3 pcs. chicken eggs;

  • - 50 g of butter;

  • - 50 ml of vegetable oil;

  • - 2 g of baking soda;

  • - 10 g of sugar;

  • - 5 g of salt;

  • - 2 pcs. bulbs;

  • - 200 g of premium flour;

  • - 2 g of ground black pepper;

  • - salt to taste.

In a large wide cup, mix kefir, salt, sugar and mix. Beat eggs until foam in a blender and add to the kefir mixture, mix everything well again.

Take a small skillet with a thick non-stick bottom, heat it well on the stove. Place the butter in a heated skillet and melt, but do not boil it. In a small glass, extinguish the soda with a small amount of boiling water. Add slaked soda to the oil. Stir and remove from stove. Allow the mixture to cool well, but not to harden.

Sift the flour into a wide-edged cup. Add the kefir mixture and the cooled oil, knead the dough. If necessary, flour can be added during kneading. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Rinse the potatoes well in warm water, peel, dry. With a sharp knife, cut the potatoes into small cubes, literally a few millimeters. Can be chopped in a vegetable cutter or grated on a coarse grater. Wash the onions, peel and chop finely.

Take a round baking dish, grease it with oil. Put half the dough on the bottom. Gently lift the edges. Spread the potatoes evenly over the dough, then the onions and again the potatoes, salt and pepper, add a little oil. Put the remaining dough on top. Bake at maximum temperature for one hour.
