You will need
500 grams of cabbage, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of semolina, 50 milliliters of milk, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, salt and spices to taste.

Heat the milk and fill it with semolina. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the cabbage, put in a bowl and pour in salted boiling water. After a couple of minutes, drain the water and squeeze the cabbage slightly.

Add the semolina, egg and flour to the cabbage. Mix well.

Form cutlets from the mixture and roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown (2-3 minutes). Serve with sour cream.
