After the mass begins to bubble, start adding flour gradually. The dough should not be very tight. Leave the dough in a bowl, cover for a while with a towel so that the gluten is dispersed.

Pour into sunflower oil and put on fire. Spread the pies on a hot pan at a distance from each other, since in the process they will increase in size. Fry one side until cooked without a lid, then turn the pies over, cover and reduce heat. Fry until golden brown.
