  • - 1 lemon

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of honey

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce

  • - dry spices for pork to taste,

  • - ordinary mustard to taste,

  • - half a teaspoon of ground paprika,

  • - ground black pepper to taste,

  • - salt to taste.

Rinse the ribs, remove the veins and film, dry with napkins or paper towels. Salt and pepper, grate with spices and mustard (mustard to taste, you can without it).

Squeeze the juice from the lemon and orange. Add two tablespoons of honey and two tablespoons of soy sauce to the juice, mix. The marinade is ready.

Place the ribs in a bulk container and fill with marinade. Leave the ribs in the refrigerator for two hours.

After two hours, transfer the meat to a heat-resistant form, pour the marinade and put in a preheated oven.

Bake fish for about an hour, periodically pour meat with marinade. If you want, you can bake the meat under the foil for half an hour. Then you need to remove the foil and bake for another half hour.

Remove the finished ribs from the oven, transfer to a dish or serving plates. Garnish with fresh herbs and onion rings. Serve meat with vegetables or vegetable salad.
