In a saucepan, boil water with a little salt and olive oil. We boil cannelloni sheets according to the instructions on the package.

8

We lay out the finished sheets on the work surface. On each sheet we put about a spoonful of minced meat - you need to do this very carefully so as not to stain the edges of the cannelloni, otherwise it will be difficult to fold them into tubes.

9

We form tubules, put them in a form greased with olive oil. After that, you can add the remaining mincemeat to the tubes.
