Instruction manual

1

Leave the cake in shape until it cools completely. First, do not rush to remove the form from the oven immediately after it is turned off. Always leave it inside for fifteen to twenty minutes. So you save the cake from subsidence. Secondly, put the cake on the table and forget about it for at least half an hour. The cake which has cooled down, but rather completely cooled down, perfectly departs from the form, without leaving pieces in it from its sides.

2

Cover the cake with a dry towel, putting it on wet. When removing the cake from their oven, send it not to a table or cutting board, but to a towel pre-moistened with cold water. It is advisable not to wring it at all. Wrap the bottom or sides of the mold with a wet towel, and cover with a dry top. Fifteen minutes later, you can easily pull the cake out of the mold.

3

Swipe along the edge with a wooden spatula, making a gap between the form and the cake. This method is good in cases where the sides of the cake are stuck. Do not use a knife - this will damage the shape.

4

Turn the cake pan over and tap on it. Put upside down on a plate and beat on top with a wooden spatula. The cake will be on the dish in three minutes.

5

Put the mold in cold water. Gather water in a basin and lower the mold into it after a little cooling. Be careful - moisture should not get on the baking, otherwise it will deteriorate.

6

Use silicone or detachable molds to minimize cake sticking. The former do not need to be oiled or sprinkled with flour at all.

note

Adhesive dough may indicate improper temperature during cooking. Check the recipe carefully before sending the cake to the oven.

Useful advice

Always process the mold before pouring dough into it. It can be vegetable oil, flour, or both at once. Pastry paper also helps to avoid sticking.
