You can take either whole oat grains, or Hercules flakes, or a finely ground grain shell - bran, cooked in skim milk, you will get a fitness breakfast that is relevant for many. But the most interesting option is oatmeal, cooked in a pot.

And in that, and in another case in the morning it will be possible to put the necessary amount into a small saucepan and bring to readiness with milk. Oatmeal will turn out like just cooked, it will not lose even a fraction of the useful substances that cereal from whole oats is so rich in.

Repeat the famous Guryev porridge, in your version cooking it from pre-cooked oatmeal. The essence of the rare recipe is in two important ingredients: eggs and foams skimmed from cream. Let's start with the porridge, which needs to be warmed up a bit, so that the oatmeal “jelly” will disperse and drive 3-4 eggs into it, previously mixed with a little sugar and vanilla. Prepare a baking dish, grease it with butter and lay out a layer of porridge to cover the bottom. In the meantime, you should be ready for the foam.

Pour fat cream into a wide non-stick dish and place in the oven at a temperature not exceeding 60 degrees. On the surface will begin to form the very foams that need to be removed. Gently transfer them to the oatmeal layers until one or the other is over. It is desirable that the top layer was still made of foam. Bake in the oven, served with berries, nuts or dried fruits. If oatmeal in advance is not your option, make porridge from Hercules cereal. They are grains freed from the shell and flattened to speed cooking. Flakes, in turn, are of two types: one is enough to pour boiling milk and insist in a sealed container for 3-5 minutes, others need to be cooked on fire. Nutritionists are unanimous: in terms of health benefits, Hercules is not the last in the line of other cereals, but loses significantly to oatmeal cooked from whole grains.

If you want not only to satisfy morning hunger, but also to saturate the body with useful substances, cook milk porridge from oat bran. Bran is a shell of grain in which the main reserves of nutrients are concentrated, in particular, vitamins of group B. Another indisputable advantage of such porridge is that it boils for 5-7 minutes. Only one thing can be related to disadvantages - as the ground shell of the grain is a kind of "panicle", it does not act in the best way on people who have problems with the gastrointestinal tract. Quite rarely, but bran can cause bloating in the intestines and discomfort in the right hypochondrium. Of course, then they should be excluded from the diet. But in general, this is a “living” product of proper nutrition, for a healthy person bran oatmeal porridge cooked in low-fat milk is a real find. In addition, the product acts as an adsorbent that helps to remove waste products, which cannot be discounted, taking into account our diets. But if you take vitamins or other pharmacological agents in the morning, with such porridge they should be diluted for a couple of hours in time.

Some multicookers are also equipped with a delayed start button, respectively, porridge can be "ordered" directly to the rise. Put a piece of butter in it, pour honey - and a wonderful breakfast for the whole family will not take long. Only when cooking in such porridge do not add sugar - otherwise, instead of benefit, you get a violation of the carbohydrate balance.

10-15 minutes before serving, put a little butter on the porridge surface, sprinkle with sugar - you are guaranteed a caramelized crust, no worse than cream brulee and cream caramel on your favorite desserts. If you have a pastry burner, you can make this crust completely peerless. Another option - pour liquid honey. If you have only thick - it's okay, heat it to 30-35 degrees, honey will liquefy. You do not need to heat higher - valuable trace elements from this will become significantly lower. On top of the honey, apply a thin layer of almond flakes fried in a dry pan. Hold in the oven for a few minutes - and a wonderful oatmeal for the whole family can be brought to the table to the eager exclamations of the household.
