There are many ways to decorate cakes with fruits, one of the simplest options is the original slicing of fruits with all kinds of figures and laying them on the surface of the dessert of a certain pattern. Slices of fruit can be laid in any order, for example, simply in a circle, in the form of a star, flower, butterfly, or even randomly.

Cakes decorated with fruit jelly and fruits look pretty interesting. So, if you decide to decorate the dessert with peaches, then buy peach jelly in the store, if with oranges, then orange jelly and so on. Dilute the product in water, using a little less liquid than is written on the package. Cut the fruit into circles (if fruit with a peel is used, it must be cut), put them in a container whose diameter is equal to the diameter of the cake, then fill in all the jellies and refrigerate. After the jelly hardens, it must be removed from the bowl. To do this, you just need to lower the bottom of the container in boiling water for a couple of seconds, then turn the bowl over a flat plate. Cakes decorated with similar jellies are not only very beautiful, but incredibly tasty.

Another simple way to decorate the cake with fruits is to make roses from oranges or tangerines, which can ultimately give the dessert a chic look.

So, for making roses you need:

- one small orange;

- strong jelly (preferably orange);

- an egg tray.

Rinse the orange thoroughly and cut into very, very thin slices. Dip each circle into pre-cooked jelly, roll it into a roll and place in an egg cell. It is worth remembering that each circle must be placed in one cell, trying to stack them so that it turns out a rose. The finished flower must be allowed to stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, after which they can decorate the cake. Thus, you can cook any number of roses and decorate them with dessert.
