Disassemble the cauliflower for inflorescences and rinse in warm water before stewing.

Braised Cauliflower with Sour Cream
Grate the carrots, finely chop the peeled onions. Sauté the vegetables until the onions are clear. Boil the cauliflower inflorescences for 5-7 minutes in salted boiling water, then drop in a colander.

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard. Add no more than 50 ml of water. Transfer the cauliflower into a pan for onions and carrots, pour the sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle the cooked cabbage with herbs, stir and cover.

Cauliflower stewed with mushrooms and cheese
Pour in cauliflower inflorescences with 100 ml of milk. Wash the mushrooms, cut into slices and simmer until tender. In another pan, put out the cauliflower for 10 minutes. Then pour the remaining milk into the cabbage, add the butter, mushrooms and salt. Simmer over low heat for another 4 minutes. Sprinkle cabbage with grated cheese.

Cauliflower Braised in Tomato Sauce
Pour prepared cauliflower with 60 ml of water and simmer under the lid for 15 minutes over high heat. Grate the melted cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with tomato paste and Tabasco sauce. Salt the mixture and bring to a boil in a separate container. Stew the cauliflower with the prepared sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

Cauliflower stewed with eggplant and sausages
Cut the eggplant into cubes, salt and leave for half an hour to leave bitterness from them. Then rinse in cold running water. Boil the cauliflower inflorescences for 10-15 minutes after boiling, drain the water. Peel onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Sausages cut into circles. Instead of sausages, you can take sausage or ham.

Sauté the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown. Combine the onions with carrots and eggplant. Fry for another 7-10 minutes. Add sausages and cauliflower. Salt and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
