In good and warm weather it is best to get out into the countryside. And so as not to be bored there, you can have a picnic by inviting relatives and good friends to it. For a large company, you need to carefully think through the menu so that no one remains hungry and at the same time does not have to throw away leftovers.

What foods can I take with me on a picnic

To feed the satiety of 20 people without unnecessary efforts, it is best to stock up on meat or various meat products: sausages, home-made sausages, sausages or wieners. They can be fried at the stake - it will turn out very tasty, fast and easy. The meat will need to be pre-marinated. Based on the fact that an adult is unlikely to master more than 1 kg of products all day, including vegetables and bread, 500 g of meat will be enough for each. And if you still have a lot of hearty snacks, its number can be reduced to 300 g.

In addition to meat products, you should stock up on fresh vegetables seasonally. Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and radishes diverge best in nature. You can also grab some bell pepper. Well, potatoes or mushrooms are suitable as a side dish - they can be prepared in advance, baked in ash, wrapped in foil, or fried on skewers. For one person it is worth taking at least 150 g of each of these products.

In addition, you can take with you hard-boiled eggs, at least 1 piece per person, 300-500 g of fat, a little pickles and a lot of fresh herbs: dill, cilantro, green onion and parsley. It is also worth taking care of the bread - for 20 people it is better to take 4 rolls with you, especially if there are a lot of men in the company. You can additionally take one baguette and use it to make sandwiches with pate or cheese. And if nipples are planned instead of barbecue, it is worth grabbing buns for each of them - then you can cook hot dogs.

It is worth taking care of sauces for meat and meat dishes. It is better to take a couple of bottles of your favorite ketchup and 1 jar of white sauce. You can also bring along a bottle of tkemali or a burning tabasco.

As a dessert, a variety of fresh fruits, solid cookies or a pre-baked pie are best. Everyone should have enough of the last dish at least a bit. But cakes, chocolates or intricate cakes are better not to take on a picnic, especially in hot weather.
