Take fresh mushrooms to your taste (champignons, porcini, boletus, etc.) rinse well and chop finely. Frozen mushrooms are also suitable, carefully squeeze out all the liquid from them after thawing. Fry in warmed-up sunflower oil in a pan until the mushrooms are dark and the liquid evaporates completely.

Next, take a large onion head, cut it into small cubes. Pour mushrooms into a pan, add salt and pepper to taste, mix. Fry over low heat until golden browned. After this, transfer the finished filling to a separate plate and leave to cool completely. You can add 70 g of finely grated cheese to it, it will add spice to the dish.

Rinse the chicken, divide into large and small pieces. Then cut them along. Salt and pepper well. Beat one piece from two sides on a wooden board, covering with cling film. Make sure that holes do not form in the piece.

In each chop, put a little stuffing, wrap the edges, secure with a toothpick or thread. Fillings should be put a little so that it does not fall out of the roll. Roll the products in flour on all sides and put on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry them by turning them evenly until cooked for 7-9 minutes.

To prepare more tender rolls, fry them in a pan over high heat until golden brown. Then transfer to a saucepan, fill with low-fat cream, simmer under the lid over low heat for about 25-30 minutes.
