Quick Chocolate Cherry Pie

An original dessert that combines the aromas of dark chocolate and sour frozen cherries. Dessert can be served warm or cold, accompanied by freshly brewed tea or coffee.

Defrost cherries (150 g) in a colander, lightly sprinkle with potato starch. Melt in a microwave 150 g butter and 80 g dark chocolate. Beat in fluffy foam 3 eggs and 2 tbsp. l Sahara. Combine the eggs with the butter-chocolate mixture, mix. Add 1 tbsp. l cherry liqueur or brandy. Gradually pour 1 tbsp. sifted flour mixed with 1 tsp. baking powder.

Put thawed cherry in the dough, mix gently. Grease the silicone mold, transfer the dough into it, smooth the surface with a knife. Bake the cake in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Allow the dessert to cool slightly and turn on the dish. Before serving, you can sprinkle the pastries with powdered sugar, supplement with a ball of ice cream or homemade custard.

Apple and Cranberry Pie

The recipe can be changed by using cranberries instead of cranberries and discarding cinnamon. Serve the cake better warm, with melted ice cream or whipped cream.
