Garlic shrimp

Shrimp is not required to be cleaned. Peel, wash and finely chop the garlic. Heat vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) in a pan. Put the garlic in there and fry a little, stirring occasionally so that it does not burn.

Add the shrimp to the garlic in the pan. Pour them with lemon juice and soy sauce. Pepper. Fry for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put the prepared shrimp on a serving plate and garnish with a slice of lemon. You can serve both in cold and hot form with beer.

Wash greens, peeled garlic and lemon. Finely chop the greens. Chop the garlic using a garlic press. Gently remove the zest from the lemon with a fine grater. Put prepared ingredients in softened butter. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Transfer to cling film or foil. Roll in the form of sausage and put in the freezer for 40-60 minutes.

Wash and clean the shrimp. Lubricate the refractory form with a little garlic oil. Put the shrimp there. Salt. Place small pieces of garlic oil on top of the shrimp. Bake in a preheated oven for 6-7 minutes at a temperature of 220-230 ° C.

Cut the French baguette. Lubricate with garlic oil. Put on a baking sheet and place in the oven that has not cooled down for several minutes, so that the bread is dried and saturated with aromatic oil. Serve the shrimp in garlic sauce with a hot baguette, like a beer or white wine snack.
