Sift flour, pour into a bowl, pour eggs with herbs into it. Knead the dough, it should turn out cool, let it lie down for about 30 minutes. The dough will turn out elastic, it will be easier to roll out. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer, approximately 2 mm thick.

1 - cut the dough into thin strips, spread on a baking sheet or table, let dry.
2 - heat the pan, fry the cake on it for about a minute on each side.
It is not necessary to overdry, otherwise it will be impossible to cut it later. Cut the cake into thin strips. The noodles are ready and you don’t need to dry them. Add noodles to chicken broth soup or use as a side dish.
