- - oranges - 3 pcs.
- - red onion - 1-2 pcs.

Peel oranges, cut into slices. Pour the orange juice remaining on the board into a cup; it will come in handy for dressing salad. Remove the white film from the slices.

Peel one or two red onions, cut into thin half rings, then briefly place in cold water. Rinse the leaves of green lettuce and pick into pieces.

Salad oranges must be sweet and juicy. If the house did not have red onions, you can use white onions. Olive oil can be replaced with another vegetable oil.
