You will need
- For the test:
- - 400 g flour
- - 20 g of yeast
- - 1 glass of milk
- - 40 g butter
- - 4 eggs
- - 2 glasses of sugar
- - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- To decorate:
- - 50 g of roasted peanuts
- - 50 g of poppy
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of caraway seeds

Preparation of the test:
- Pour warm milk into the dishes and dissolve the yeast in it.
- Then we add salt, sugar, egg, butter to the flour and knead the dough, adding milk with dissolved yeast to it.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes and put in a warm place for fermentation.
- When the dough comes up we do a swarm and put it again in a warm place to rise.

We put the dough on the table sprinkled with flour. Divide the dough into 10 parts and roll them into balls. We place the buns on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil and leave for 20 minutes to rise.

We grease the products with a beaten egg, sprinkle with peanuts, caraway seeds, poppy seeds and put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
