Put the butter out of the refrigerator and put aside. Do not touch it until it softens. Once this happens, divide the oil into 2 equal parts.

Divide the marshmallows into halves and put in a cup. In this form, send it to the microwave. There he should stay 30-40 seconds. This time is enough for the marshmallow to swell and become soft. If you don’t have a microwave, you can melt it in a water bath.

Whip the swollen marshmallows with a mixer, while do not forget to gradually, in small pieces, add softened butter to it. At this stage of cooking, add only one part of the oil, that is, half.

Take the dishes that are larger than the one in which the cream-marshmallow mixture is located, and fill it with cold water. Place the bowl with the mass in a bowl filled with water and continue to whisk it for another 5 minutes, while adding the rest of the butter. Marshmallow cream is ready! Feel free to serve it to the table with pancakes, cakes and pastries.
