You will need
- - 250 g of finished pasta;
- - 125 ml cream of 15%;
- - 20 g of butter;
- - 250 g pasty cottage cheese;
- - juice and zest of half a lemon;
- - 25 g of dried fruit;
- - 2 large apples;
- - 0.5 sachets of vanilla sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- - 125 g of sugar.
Instruction manual
1
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into a thin slice.
2
In a thick-walled pan, dissolve the butter, put an apple in it, sprinkle with vanilla sugar, cinnamon. Add the juice and lemon zest and simmer over medium heat until the fruits are soft. Add dried fruits (if large, cut into pieces), mix and remove from the stove.
3
In a spacious container, mix boiled pasta, cottage cheese, eggs, cream, sugar and fruits. Transfer to a refractory form and put in a stove preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. If the top starts to burn, then in the process cover the casserole with foil. Serve wonderfully with natural yogurt or sour cream!
