- - Sour cream - 350 grams;
- - Garlic - 2 cloves;
- - Butter - 50 grams;
- - Spices: parsley, dill, black pepper, salt.

First of all, you need to do mushrooms. Wash thoroughly, remove the skin from the cap and boil in slightly salt water.

Mushrooms are cooked until half cooked. After that, they need to be cooled and cut into large pieces.

The walls of the pots in which the mushrooms will be cooked should be carefully rubbed with garlic, and a small piece of oil should be put on the bottom.

Mushrooms are mixed with chopped onions and laid out in a pot.

Salt, black pepper, parsley and dill are added on top. Pour in sour cream, mix.

Send to the oven for 50-60 minutes.

It is best to serve mushrooms in sour cream to boiled potatoes.
Useful advice
Sour cream can be made more liquid by diluting with boiled water. Most often, mushrooms are used: champignon and porcini mushrooms. If desired, you can add grated cheese.
