To start, knead the dough. To prepare it you will need:

- kefir - 1 glass;

- flour 2.5-3 cups;

- dry yeast - 1 sachet;

- vegetable oil - 1/2 cup;

- salt;

- sugar.

In a deep bowl, mix the kefir and sunflower oil, heat it a little and add salt and sugar. Their number depends on the filling: sweet, salty or fresh it will be. In a separate container, mix the flour with dry yeast and pour them into kefir in small portions, knead the dough, it should turn out quite thick. We cover the dough with a clean cloth and put it in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

While the dough rises, we prepare several fillings.

Egg Filling with Chives

To prepare it, chop 1-2 hard-boiled eggs, add finely chopped green onions, a little salt and spices and knead thoroughly. If desired, a little boiled rice can be added to this filling.

Pickled Mushroom Stuffing

Separate the mushrooms from the brine, rinse and squeeze a little, then grind them with pieces of arbitrary shape. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil, fry the chopped onion until tender, add the mushrooms to it and fry it all together.

Pickled Cucumber Filling

Peel the cucumbers, crumbled in small cubes and mix them with the passivated onions, fry them all together, and at the end add the chopped chicken egg. Cucumbers can be replaced with sauerkraut.

Berry filling

Berries from jam or compote, as well as fresh fruits, are perfect as a sweet filling, only they need to be a little sugared.

Cover the baking dish with parchment paper or grease with oil. From the dough we form small pies and lay them on a baking sheet with the seam down. Do not put the pies too close, during baking they will increase in size. We leave the pies on the baking sheet on the table for 10 minutes for separation, then grease them with a beaten egg and put in a preheated oven. Bake the pies until golden brown.
