Hearty tartlets

Ingredients:

  • 250 g chicken

  • 80 g of mushrooms

  • one onion

  • 100 g hard cheese

  • mayonnaise (sour cream or cream can be used)

  • two cloves of garlic

  • greens to taste

  • ground black pepper

  • salt

Cooking:

Fry finely chopped chicken with salt and black pepper. Finely chop the mushrooms and cut the onions into small cubes. Fry the onion in a pan until rosy, add mushrooms to it and fry all together. Mix mushrooms, onions and chicken in a bowl, cool, squeeze the garlic into the mixture, add mayonnaise and mix everything. Put the filling in tartlets.

Grate cheese in a separate bowl on a fine grater, sprinkle tartlets on top of them. Place them on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and leave until the cheese is melted.

Put tartlets on a dish or tray, decorate to your liking. Serve them on the table both warm and already cooled.

Sea tartlets

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of red fish

  • one egg

  • one fresh cucumber

  • 100 g cream cheese

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

  • greens to taste

Cooking:

Cool cream cheese in a freezer and grate. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool them and grind them as well. Cut the fish (for example, slightly salted salmon) and the cucumber into small pieces. Combine the ingredients in one bowl, add sour cream and mix well. Put the filling in tartlets, decorating them as you wish.

By the way, in this recipe some products can be easily replaced. For example, expensive fish - with crab sticks, and processed cheese - with cottage cheese.

Exquisite tartlets

Ingredients:

  • 80 g canned pineapple

  • 50 g crab sticks

  • 50 g hard cheese

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • green salad

  • sesame

Cooking:

Finely chop the pineapples and drop them into a colander, letting the excess liquid drain. Finely chop the crab sticks, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix the ingredients with crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Put the filling in tartlets, decorate with green salad and sesame seeds on top.

Simple tartlets

Ingredients:

  • 50 g of any cheese (hard, smoked, cottage cheese or processed)

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 30 g ham

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Cooking:

Grate the cheese, chop the ham as finely as possible. Combine cheese, ham, mayonnaise and chopped garlic. Put the filling in tartlets. If desired, they can be heated in the oven or microwave, allowing the cheese to melt.
