Gently break the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks. In a bowl with yolks, add milk, salt and spices and mix it all well either manually or with a blender. Grind onions and olives with a knife. Divide the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix them with olives and onions and sauté in olive oil. Pour all the yolks with milk. Cover the pan. After a couple of minutes, add the chopped fett cheese, evenly distributing it over the dish. At the end of cooking, fill the omelet with protein and cover. Two minutes later, the dish is ready to serve. Before eating, decorate the omelet with fresh herbs and dried basil to taste.

Take a white slice of bread and carefully remove the core, leaving a crust around the perimeter. It will be a peculiar form for fried eggs. Lightly brown the bread in a preheated pan. Turning the piece over, pour the egg into the finished "shape". Salt fried eggs a little. Cover the pan. Two minutes later, the dish is ready. Mix the eggs thoroughly with the pulp of a tomato to get a homogeneous mass. Add spices to taste. Lubricate the molds with a little butter. Pour the egg mass into them, evenly distributed over all halves. Fried eggs are baked in an oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.
