Sometimes you feel like pampering yourself with something refined and tasty. And of course, I want this dish to be useful. In winter, dishes made of fatty fish are very popular, because the body manages to make up for the lack of vitamin D.

You will need

  • For 4 servings:

  • - salmon fillet - 500 g;

  • - wide noodles - 500 g;

  • - young spinach - 300 g;

  • - sour cream - 250 g;

  • - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;

  • - lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;

  • - ground black pepper.

Instruction manual

1

First you need to boil wide noodles in boiling salted water, in time in accordance with the instructions on the package. Next, fold the noodles into a colander and let the water drain completely.

2

Then wash the salmon filet thoroughly, pat dry with a dishcloth and cut into small pieces about two centimeters in size.

3

Fry the resulting pieces of salmon until golden brown in half the amount of olive oil.

4

In the remaining half of the olive oil, lightly fry the finely chopped fresh young spinach, then add the whole amount of sour cream, mix well, put the already fried pieces of salmon into the sauce and simmer for five minutes over low heat.

5

Season the resulting cream sauce with salmon and spinach with two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and black pepper to taste. Place boiled noodles in the sauce and mix well.

The resulting hearty, healthy and original dish is recommended immediately after preparation to serve, laid out in portioned plates and decorated with greens and fresh vegetables, if desired. To compensate for the lack of vitamin D, salmon dishes are recommended to be consumed a couple of times a week.
