Cheesecakes - a very tasty and wonderful Russian dish. Usually they are cooked in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil, but there are other cooking methods. Cheesecakes, as it is believed, can be served not just with sour cream, but also with other additives. For example, with jam or with condensed milk. Cheesecakes are somewhat similar to fried pancakes, but they are not made from dough, but from cottage cheese with the addition of flour and eggs.

Take a container of sufficient depth and pour the cottage cheese there. Remember it with a spoon. Then, in a plate with cottage cheese or whatever you have, add the egg and sugar. Then stir well. Next, add flour and mix the ingredients again to such a state that they become one;

Now we make cheese cakes themselves. Take a chopping board and sprinkle flour on it. Then we take a piece of the resulting curd mass and slightly roll it in our palms to form something like a ball. Next, we put on the board with flour, roll the cottage cheese in the flour and press it to the state of the cake;

At the end, put the raw cheesecakes in a pan and fry for several minutes until a golden crust appears;
