Beat the whites well, add to the dough, mix gently with a spatula from top to bottom. The dough will be liquid.

Grease the mold with oil, pour the dough into it. Put for baking in a preheated oven to 175 degrees. Baking time - an hour and a half. After baking, cool in the oven. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut into portions and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

In an electric oven, the product is baked less time than in a gas oven, about an hour. The temperature should also be lower - about 170 degrees.

Useful advice

To obtain a light airy biscuit, the flour is sifted several times (2-3). When whipping the dough, use the mixer only in the first stages, then beat manually.
