- - 4 large eggs;
- - ½ tbsp. milk;
- - ½ tsp vanilla extract or vanillin on the tip of a knife;
- - 2 tbsp flour;
- - ½ tsp baking powder;
- - 1 pinch of ground nutmeg;
- - 2 tbsp melted butter;
- - 1/3 Art. Sahara;
- - 1 ¼ tsp cinnamon.
- For the sauce:
- - 100 g of soft cream cheese;
- - 100 g of softened butter;
- - 1 tbsp. powdered sugar;
- - 1.5-2 tbsp. milk;
- - ½ tsp vanilla extract or vanillin.

Preheat the oven to 375 ° C. Cut the crust from the toasts on all sides. Roll with a rolling pin into slices so that they decrease in volume by 2 times.

Distribute 1 tsp evenly into slices. blueberry jam. Roll into a tube. Repeat with all the other toasts.

In a blender, mix eggs, milk, vanilla, flour, baking powder and nutmeg until the mass is smooth. Dip the twisted toast with jam in the egg mixture for a few seconds.

Put the rolled toasts on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven for 9 minutes. Remove from oven. Lubricate with melted butter, turn the roll on the other side, and put it back into the oven for 8-12 minutes.

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. When the toast rolls have cooled, dip them in this mixture.
