Cake "Arabian night" - a dish of Arabian cuisine. It turns out amazing, tasty and tender. The test contains dates. It is hard to guess what the cake is made of.

- - 100 g margarine
- - 1 egg
- - 500 g flour
- - 250 ml of condensed milk

- - 150 g peanuts

Cook the dough. Rinse the dates well first. Then peel and finely chop them, add 1 tsp. soda and pour 250 ml of hot water. Close the lid and leave for 30-35 minutes.

Melt the margarine. Put the dates in the dishes. Add granulated sugar, margarine, egg and mix well. Add flour and 0.5 tsp. slaked soda with vinegar, mix again until smooth.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place a biscuit, and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Bake it one more time. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Make a cream. Whip the condensed milk and butter with a mixer.

Roast peanuts in a dry frying pan, peel and chop until large crumbs. Put the first cake on the dish, grease with cream and sprinkle with peanuts, put the second cake, grease the cream again and sprinkle with peanuts. Smear the sides and top of the cream with a cream and evenly smooth it over the surface.

Melt the chocolate, put it in the envelope and make patterns on the cake.
