Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and remove the peel. We cut into several parts for easy bookmarking in a blender.

Peel the onion and garlic. Wash and chop (not too finely) greens.

We put vegetables in the blender: chopped tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion, garlic. In addition, we introduce slices of white bread there (it gives the dish the necessary density). Grind to a puree mass.

Mix vegetable puree with tomato juice, add salt and pepper to taste, olive oil, chopped herbs.
