  • - pumpkin pulp - 700 g;

  • - sugar - 500 g;

  • - lemon - 1 pc.;

  • - juice of one orange.

  • For biscuit:

  • - eggs - 2 pcs.;

  • - sugar - 50 g;

  • - flour - 50 g;

  • - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;

  • - milk chocolate - 100 g;

  • - cottage cheese - 100 g;

  • - sour cream - 2 tablespoons;

  • - gelatin - 1 teaspoon.

First of all, cook pumpkin jam. To do this, chop the pulp of the vegetable by rubbing it on a coarse grater. Add granulated sugar to the resulting mass. Mix everything properly. After removing the formed mixture, do not touch for 30 minutes.

After rinsing the lemon thoroughly, remove the zest from it with a fine grater. Cut the remaining pulp into small pieces. And then, and another lay out to the pumpkin mass. Also add juice squeezed from one orange there. Mix everything until smooth, after which, putting the jam on low heat, cook for 20 minutes. After the time has passed, remove it from the stove and put it aside for an hour. Then cook again for another 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Mix the eggs beaten with sugar with wheat flour and baking powder, that is, baking powder for dough. Having mixed everything well, you will get a biscuit dough. Pour it into a baking dish and cook in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees until fully cooked.

Milk chocolate, previously melted in a water bath, grease the silicone molds in which you will lay out the future pumpkin dessert "Tenderness". After this procedure, send them to the refrigerator. There they must remain until the chocolate has completely solidified. Repeat.

Gelatin, pour 3 tablespoons of boiled water, put aside for 40 minutes. After the time has passed, place it on a stove and heat, stirring continuously, until dissolved. In no case do not boil it!

Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and granulated sugar. Beat this mixture well, add the gelatin mass to it. Mix everything as it should.

Fill chocolate molds filled with chocolate with half a pumpkin jam. Place the curd mass on it. Put circles cut out of biscuit with the last layer. Their diameter should correspond to the diameter of the mold. In this form, send the future Tenderness dessert to the refrigerator until completely frozen.
