    • For the third recipe:
    • 2 tbsp of milk;
    • 1, 5-2st flour;
    • 1-3 eggs;

    • 1.5-2 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Recipe 1. Dough "Mozhaisk pancakes". Eggs beat until a homogeneous mass;

Add kefir, salt, sugar and soda. Mix well. Sift the flour without stopping. Stir until the mass becomes homogeneous and there are no lumps. Pancakes from this test are the most delicious, just lick your fingers.

Recipe 2. Dough "Boyarsky pancakes." Boil 2 cups of milk, then cool it to fresh steam. Pour out half a glass of boiled milk and dilute the yeast in it. Pour the milk and diluted yeast into an enameled pan, pour the buckwheat flour sifted through a sieve, and knead the dough. Cover with a napkin and put in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.

Recipe 3. "Universal pancake dough." Beat sugar, salt and half the milk in a way convenient for you. Add the flour and stir the dough until smooth. Make sure that there are no lumps.

To prepare the dough, you need to use high-quality flour. You can determine this by color. A good flour has a white or slightly creamy color. Also, if you squeeze the flour in the palm of your hand, then a lump of high quality will not fall apart immediately.
