Tarte with plums and frangipan is a dish of French cuisine. Frangipan is an almond cream. Thanks to plum, tart is obtained with acidity.

- - 125 g brown sugar
- - 150 g almonds

Peel the almonds first. It needs to be poured with hot water for 5-7 minutes, the skin can be easily removed. Grind almonds in a blender. Turn brown sugar into powder.

Cook the dough. Mix butter, flour, yolk, icing sugar, chopped almonds, 1 tbsp. cold water, mix everything until smooth and knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in cling film and put in a cold place for 35-45 minutes.

Make almond cream. Mix almond crumbs, 100 g butter, add 0.5 tbsp. l flour, vanillin, granulated sugar, orange liquor, egg, beat everything well and put in a cold place.

Roll out the dough and put in a baking dish, prick with a fork. Put baking paper and peas on the dough. Put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Then remove the peas and paper and put it back into the oven for 8-10 minutes.

Remove the almond cream from the refrigerator and refrigerate it for about 5-7 minutes. Slice the drain into slices. Put almond cream on the tart, lay plums on top and decorate with almond petals. Put in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
