So that the broth is tasty, and the color is more saturated, chopped bones, carrots and onions before cooking, bake in the oven.

Cut the pork pulp into small portions. Salt, pepper to taste. To make the meat softer and more tender, you can slightly beat it off. Heat vegetable oil in a pan or melt fat, fry pork slices on both sides until golden brown.

Transfer the fried pork to the lettuce or any other stewing capacity, add 2-3 tbsp there. tomato paste, 500 ml of meat broth. Put the container on a slow fire and simmer for one hour.

Chop a cabbage on a medium grater, cut onions and carrots. Add it all to the meat. Salt, pepper to taste. Stew until cabbage is soft. Do not forget to stir the contents of the latki during the preparation of the dish, otherwise it will burn. You can also use sauerkraut for stewing, but before you start cooking, rinse thoroughly to remove excess salt.

This dish can be served with dumplings. To make them, fill the bread with milk. Add 3 tbsp. semolina, 2 eggs and salt. Leave the mass to swell for 10-15 minutes. After that, take a little mushy mass with a teaspoon and dip in boiling water. Do the same with other dumplings. After they pop up, take them out and pour them with vegetable or olive oil. Serve dumplings with the main course.
