Salad

Boil the arrows of garlic in slightly salted water. Peel and finely chop the carrots and onions. Heat a pan with butter and fry until golden brown. Cool the arrows of garlic and cut into slices 5 centimeters long. Mix and season all the salad ingredients with a mixture of vinegar and soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pickled

Prepare the marinade. Add salt, peppercorns, bay leaves and sugar to a pot of water. Bring to a boil. Rinse the arrows of garlic under running water and cut into identical pieces. Place in sterilized jars and fill with marinade. Cover and wrap in a warm blanket. When the jars are completely cool, put them in a cool place.

Cut the arrows of garlic into equal slices 3-4 centimeters long. Heat a pan with vegetable or butter. Fry the prepared arrows of garlic on it. When they begin to change color, add a little mayonnaise, mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Rinse fresh parsley and pat dry with a paper towel. Then chop finely and add garlic to the arrows. Stir again. It can be served as an independent dish.

Cut the arrows of garlic and fry in a heated pan with vegetable oil, stirring occasionally. Then add finely broken bay leaves, a pinch of coriander, a little sugar and seasoning for Korean carrots. Stir and pour in soy sauce. Peel and pass the garlic through a press. Add to the arrows. Store in a refrigerator in a container, tightly closing the lid. Marinade shows taste after a few hours. Garlic arrows cooked in this way are suitable as a side dish for meat or potatoes. This salad arouses appetite. May be a good vodka snack.
